What Causes Numbness In Leg After Using Benadryl For Insect Bite?

Hi, I received a mosquito bite (I think) about a week and a half ago. It swelled quite a bit, so Benadryl was consumed with an ice pack on the actual bite. It seems to be healed now except for the fact my leg is numb where it was. Is that normal? Or is something else possibly going on?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Bendaryl has nothing to do with this numbness. It can be bitten by some other insect. As seeing is believing so contact a GP for proper evaluation.
