What Causes Numbness In Leg Along With Tingling Sensation In Feet?

My right leg often feels either numb or as though I am touching a piece of meat not connected to my body. I have also sometimes tingling in my feet. Left leg feels like this on fewer occasions. I am a fit female of 64, do two to five hours of Pilates, flex classes and indoor spin classes (bike) per week, am not overweight, work full time, do not drink or smoke.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptom could be due to some peripheral verve compression and some time this may be due to poor gate or posture try to maintain this and wait for sometime this would be fine soon, hope this information helps, take care.
