What Causes Numbness In Legs And Arms While Sleeping And After Waking Up?

Hi,I have strange problems when i get to sleep. After closing my eye,I start to fall asleep. Just the moment before asleep, i start to feel that my blood is not flowing. My arm and leg will start to go numb and sometimes i start to have headaches. Also my heart starts to beat fast and I start to sweat.In the morning I find that sometimes my arm and leg sometimes are a little numb. Edge of the feet (and hand, especially sides of the thumbs) shows blue veins. I also have slight headaches.What is wrong with me?
