What Causes Numbness In Lips And Cheek?

Last couple of days been having sporadicly a little numbness on left side of my lip and cheek. Was just in to see my PMD last week, bloodwork was perfect and she found me in excellent health. This started right after that. do have some stress in my life with a family situation. But other than that I am fine. Take blood pressure meds and my pressure is 120/80 cholesterol is 158. Do I need to go immediately to my doctor for this.
