What Causes Numbness In Neck?

Hi for bout a week now I have had the feeling of my neck feeling numb down the left side under my jaw my glands don't feel swollen but the left side one does stick out a lot more then the other one my throat isn't soar and its not hurting I'm just so worried what could it be
