What Causes Numbness In One Side Of My Face?

The right side of my head has been feeling numb for over a week. I am a 23 year old female and very healthy... not very stressed at all either. Then 2 days ago it feels as though I have an ear infection on the right side and today I woke up with my right eye filled with yellow gunk and bright red all day.... any thoughts?
