What Causes Numbness In Right Hand Fingers And Dizziness At Back Of Head?

I m getting numbness right now in my right hand/fingers and a little dizziness at the back of my head. I feel a little dizzy and my eyes feel a little dry and numb..it s like I need to shake awake my numb hand and head. This just started within the last 1/2 hour, but over the last couple days I had strange twitches in the left hand thumb. Maybe it s nothing, but it s weird. What causes numbness that comes on without really any warning. FYI, I do occasionally have numbness in these areas especially when in bed. Thank you.

1.Your symptoms are probably due to cervical spondylitis causing pressure on nerves.
2.use small soft pillow and sleep on hard surface for a few days.
3.Consult orthopaedic surgeon or if possible a neurologist for detailed checkup
