What Causes Numbness In The Arm After Breast Implant?

My sister had breast implants put in and had some lipo on her stomach. When she woke up after the surgery her arm was numb. As the day went on her arm stayed numb and her right leg had a slight tremor. Her blood pressure is 116/67. What could this be caused from?
