Been home from hospital 5 days after a right arm numbness, with faint weak blackout.& Loss of memory of that day. All tests were negative for stroke. Still having constant right arm & leg numbness, body weakness, & feeling faint. I m a very young, active, still working 82 yrs. Been researching all this & keep coming back to TIA. But TIA symptoms go away. Mine haven t.
TIA AND even stroke episodes tend to resolve completely after a week or so and sometimes CT doesn't show that. But it can also be a tumor pressing. So wait for a week and if it persists get MRI scan. Also get your BP checked. Stroke can be due to high BP.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Ankit
