General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

TIA AND even stroke episodes tend to resolve completely after a week or so and sometimes CT doesn't show that. But it can also be a tumor pressing. So wait for a week and if it persists get MRI scan. Also get your BP checked. Stroke can be due to high BP.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ankit
