What Causes Numbness In The Body After A Thalamic Ischemic Stroke?

I suffered a left Thalamic stroke 4 months ago - it s a pure sensory stroke, my motor function and coordination is intact. I walk and bicycle and can also drive. It s just the numbness ( sometimes tingling sensation) on my right side. My speech is intact. Are there any Ayurvedic treatments? Can spontaneous recovery take place? YYYY@YYYY

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It is better to consult a neurologist for further evaluation than going behind alternative medicine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
