What Causes Numbness In The Body Along With Heart Pain During Nights?

I suffer with numbness over part or whole body at night, have pain in heart and artery in neck, heart feels like it is very weak with slightly fast heart rate and poor circulation. I get lightheaded easily, have no energy and get low blood sugar. Used to drink a lot of caffeine, would get palpitations and my thyroid would swell up, I can t drink it anymore or alcohol. My heart was checked by a cardiologist and he said I had some Mild premature ventricular contractions but nothing to worry about. My stomach also feels very slowed down and is bloated all the time. My GP says this is anxiety but I am not anxious about anything at the moment. I feel like I have no adrenalin or adrenal fatigue as my heart is very slow to react to anything and won t beat strongly after exercise and I feel weak in the mornings. I am sick of feeling like this all the time I want to feel normal again and have energy to do things. Do you know what could be wrong?
