General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It looks like there's some developing neurological problem in your system. Numbness in the chin is caused by the pressure in the median nerve, causing pins-needles sensation(numbness) in chins, lips, gums.

It is an indication of either MS(Multiple sclerosis), Periphery artery disease or Peripheral Neuropathy.

Peripheral Neuropathy may cause muscle weakness, gradual onset of numbness, tingling sensation in the hands, feet which may spread to the arms or legs.

You are suggested to get physically examined & get all Nerve Conduction tests, CBC, Urinalysis, CT & MRI done. Get evaluated, get treated. In the meantime take vitamin B6, B12, folic acid along with minerals.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
