What Causes Numbness In The Feet And Arms?

My daughter is 21 years old who is a junior in college. She has had a very busy few weeks and has been stressed over her commitments in school. She has texted me telling me that she has been getting numbness in her feet and sometimes in her arms. She is very healthy young lady. She is very worried because she feels as though her symptoms are related to MS. I explained to her that I thought that she is overtired and stressed and that she is worried needlessly. So my questions i do you thing that the numbness in feet and arms could possible by stress related,

Hello,

It is due to over exhaustion and settle by itself. As of now, she can take bed rest and apply warm compresses for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist, she can consult an orthopedician for further evaluation.
