What Causes Numbness In The Finger?

I know this was dumb I took a puff of dust off. Ever since then i noticed my arms and legs feel like they arent getting proper cirulation. My finger tips are tingly and go numb. Its been going on for ten days now. Im going to the dr. I just wanna know if i induced cancer or organ damage. Or if its possible i created an infection. I figured if i were gonna die id be dead by now.
