What Causes Numbness In The Fingers While Suffering From Pinched Nerves?

I have been pinching nerves in my neck for over a year now. These past few months it s been almost every other day. If I turn my head too fast it pinches the nerve. If I push on the spot on my spine it pinches the nerve. My shoulders hurt. I m in a lot of pain. My fingers and toes turn white and numb every time the nerve pinches. Should I go to the emergency room?

hi
I have read the history as detailed by you . You have pain and pinching any part of your neck.In my opinion you might be suffering from slipped disc in your neck causing all these problems.
I suggest you start pain killers and Isometric Neck Exercises and wait for about 2 weeks . If you don't feel relief then get an XRay Of neck and check with your doctor.
I find this answer helpful
