What Causes Numbness In The Fingers?

I am a healthy 49year old male. I am active and work out at the gym daily. My eating habits are so/so. I work out in the elements everyday and do heavy lifting which is fine because I am a strong man. My question to you would be I am not sure but recently I have experienced numbness starting on my middle finger tip and has now traveled within the last month to the pointer finger as well as the middle finger. It is now the entire fingers. It feels like poor circulation. I wake up with the other hand fingertips being numb but it goes away. Keep in mind I lift weights at the gym everyday and I am a train with heavy weights two hours a day. I also train individuals on mix martial arts (mma) which requires take downs, hyper extentions and full contact. I have done mma most my life but have taken a year off of mma training
I want to know if it could possibly be a pinched nerve that would cause that or I am looking for your opinion. Also, I would like to know what type of doctor I should seek out that would specialize in what I my needs are.
I am open to hearing from you on suggestions or what you thoughts are. My schedule is very tight and I work 5-6 days a week and dont want to just go to any doctor but would like to go the doctor who specializes in what my needs are. Please advise.
