What Causes Numbness In The Hand And Knees After Taking Steroid Shot?

Had a steroid shot today for sinus infection. Felt pain immediately. Went away about an hour later but it s been 12 hours and I keep getting numbness in different places. It goes away then comes back. Mostly left hand and knees. But travels up arm and also right arm. Not sure if I should take this as a serious side effect because there is no pain just numbness. Please tell me if I should seek help now or just inform my doctor asap. Thank you so much. Dannie N.

for no infection steroid is indicated. it will have side effect dependency with muscing of signs and symptoms stop steroid and and get examined by ent specialist for examination and advise on treatment. x-ray pns with antrum wash out is treatment for sinusitis.
