What Causes Numbness In The Hands Along With Breathing Difficulty?

in the middle of the night, I started experiencing some slight numbness in my hand, this was followed by it being difficult to take deep breaths without experiencing pain in my chest, its been close to 12 hours since this has started, also, when I am sitting down and then stand up, my heart feels as if it is pounding hard, which is also causing me pain, however it is not beating fast as if I were having a panic attack.. I am getting an almost constant aching in my shoulder and what feels like periodic electric shocks that go down my arm. this is not constant but is happening when I least expect it. I am wondering what this could be.? I can take deep breaths if I try but it is very painful, so I have been trying to just take small short breaths.
