What Causes Numbness In The Head After Being Hurt?

Hi I hit my head this morning. I didn t pass out, but I was dizzy for a few seconds. I got a headache and when I got home I took ibuprophen and something that my mom gave me to stop the pain. It doesn t hurt anymore, but when I was going to sleep the side of my head that I hit started going numb. What should I do?
