What Causes Numbness In The Head And Neck?

I have numbness in my head and neck. I ve had the Radio Frequency Oblation done. It has been a week but no relief. When I lie down on my back, my head goes numb and it feels like my throat is closing but it isn t, thank heavens. What should I do next?

Possible issue of side effect of radio frequency over certain neurons most likely giving numbness in head and neck.
