What Causes Numbness In The Left Arm And Leg With Migraine Headaches?

I had numbness down my left and leg about a week ago. This lasted for about 1 hour my leg and arm still feel weak but I feel I have been feeling weakness in them since my last c section 1 year ago. It seems that you have a migraine. A migraine is a type of recurring headache that occurs due to a trigger factor. Examples of these trigger factors are:
Cold
Fever
Exercise
Sunlight or any other such factor

You can usually benefit by avoiding these trigger factors. You can also try the following to see if it helps you:
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Eat meals at regular times
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Drink lots of water

Also, the reason for numbness is that in some cases, there is numbness due to the migraine aura symptoms. Follow up after 5 days. All the best.
