Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of numbness in the left arm, face and tongue which seems to be due to injury to facial nerve leading to facial palsy.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit oral and maxillofacial physician once and get complete examination done and start treatment accordingly. Avoid exposure to factors exaggerating your symptoms. You should do exercises of facial muscles such as blow out from cheeks while keeping lips closed to strengthen it and start physical therapy. Start with carbamazepine twice daily.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get well soon.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
