What Causes Numbness In The Left Side Of The Body Along With Nose Bleed?

my brother has been eating alot of junk food for many years then he just stop eating and lost 25 lbs in 2 weeks, then tonight he started saying he cant feel the whole left side of his body and his nose is bleeding bad.
