What Causes Numbness In The Left Side Of The Body?

having numbness on the LH side of the body for about 4 years now. Have not been able to get a diagnosis. may be having poor circulation on the L leg, since when I worked out my left calf seemed cold compared to my right leg. Numbness in the L arm, l leg, and left side of face and neck. Treated by a epeliptologist at this time, but not getting better. Have had a full battery of testing including short hospital stay with extensive testing. Not sure where to go at this point.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to peripheral neuropathy.

For further assessment you may require MRI neck and back, vit b 12, nerve conduction studies after orthopedician consultation.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.

Take balanced diet and keep your self hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam Kale
