Hello,

Tingling and numbness of lips may be due to
1. An allergic reaction like anaphylaxis
2. Food poisoning.
3. Juices like black grapes, kiwi or pineapple.
4. Vitamin and zinc deficiency.
5. Shingles
6. Cold sore.
7. Hypoglycemia.
8. Hypoventilation.
Avoid cool drinks and freeze water, take green leafy vegetables and multivitamin tablets. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
