What Causes Numbness In The Lower Abdomen?

Hello, What would cause a fluttering/numbness feeling in the lower quadrant about 3 inches from the belly button to the right. I have been exercising a lot recently and I am not sure if this has anything to do with it. Just worried it may be appendix related, but I do not have any pain associated with it.

You are not giving full histories like male or female, age etc.
Lower right quadrant numbness may be due to as you said chronic appendicitis, or pelvic infection, ovary cyst (female). Give details will guide.
Do US abdomen will give a reason.
