What Causes Numbness In The Lower Lip On The Right Corner?

Started with numbness lower right corner of lip about 18 mos ago. 1 year ago had intermittent pain at mental foramen. Persistent in Jan. 2017. Took x-ray - Panograph 1/17 and 2/17. Pain migrated to include rt. lateral border of tongue - posterior half. Had CT scan by oral surgeon - no findings. Pain most acute when eating.

pain that you are complaining is related with trigeminal nerve coming from brain for which you have to take carbamazepine tab 200mg starting dose 1tab at night for 5days followed by 2tab morning and night for next 10 days.and avoid exposure to cold air nd avoid excess hot and cool food items if pain will not subside dose should be increased under neurologist observation..because it will cause bit drowsiness..
