What Causes Numbness In The Right Ear After Waking Up?

Hi Early in the morning 2am I woke up to realise my right ear has fallen asleep. It is now to 9.10pm and my ear does not feel any better. I think my ear fell asleep while sleeping in the car. Is this normal or is it dangerous. Can this affect my health, could I become deaf.

NO, you will not become deaf.
Probably during sleeping in the car you stoped the blood or you pushed the nerve of the ear so you will need some time to recover.
