General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Problem of tingling and numbness in your hand is because of nerve compression at cervical vertebrae. Either it's because of age related degenerative changes or due to disk herniation.

Get cervical spine MRI done and consult a neuro physician.

If problem is not advanced, physiotherapy and rest along with neck collar will be enough to get relief from the symptoms. If problem is severe, then surgical treatment may be required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
