What Causes Numbness In The Tip Of Big Toe And Heel?

Hi i have a question i have numbess in the tip of my big toe and heel. I sprained my ankle about 2 months ago i dont know if that would have something to do with it. I dont know how long the numbness have been going on. It was not like when i sprained. Was just wondering if theres something i can do besides seeing a doctor if its nothing.

Your work up needed with.....
-Neurological examination and muscular reflexes check up
-serum calcium estimation
-serum B12 estimation
-If needed nerve conduction study can be done...
-local part x ray if needed etc....

According to cause further treatment can be guided....

For ex. If b12 deficiency present than you might needs b12 injections....
Calcium tablet might given for it's deficiency.....
