General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms are suggestive of transient ischemic attack (TIA). Investigations including CT scan of the brain and carotid Doppler studies are needed at this point. Other possibilities including neurological disorders like multiple sclerosis also need to be considered as a differential diagnosis.

Please be advised to follow-up with your primary care provider to get the necessary evaluation done and management appropriately.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal
