What Causes Numbness In Toe And Swollen Foot?

Hello I am 26 year old female I am around 116 I haven't had major health problems. My big toe has been numb for a while but it's seems like the numbs is spreading to my foot and my foots appears to look a little swollen. Why would that be and should I be concerned and go to the doctor right away?
