What Causes Numbness In Toe?

My right foot's thumb felt numb..?

Hi there. I feel there's something wrong with my right foot's thumb. It feels kind of numb/not very sensitive as the other toes. Only the upper part feels like that..

I'm very worried about it. This not-so-sensitive sympton dated few weeks back .. Am I suffering from some illness?
