What Causes Numbness In Torso Between Neck To Hips?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...my torso goes numbfrom neck to hips for 2to3 mins and i get a real overwhelming feeling and i find it hard to breath as the feeling is coming back also my eyes go blurry, the when the feeling is nearly back my arms feel really heavy
and that lasts around another 1or 2 mins but there is nothing that i can find that i do before it happens cause i can be sitting on a chair and it happens or i could be tidying up when it happens
