What Causes Numbness Of Arms And Painful Legs?

my arms and legs are restless at night like there is no cerculation and it keeps me up all night and my arms fall asleep during the day i ve tryed advil tylonol over the counter everything and my friend gave me some xanax and they are the only thing htat seems to work for mr to get some rest. any suggestions?
