What Causes Numbness Of The Body While On Teeth Splinter?
I just have lockjaw just last month, so I seek a TMJ Dentist. And the dentist give me a splinter to use on my lower teeth. I was have a feeling of numbness on the left side of my body, so i seek an internal medicine and told me that I have hyperventilation so he advice me to do hotcompress. There was i time a feel weak on my left side of the body my legs,my arms and my shoulder feel weak. Until I notice the left side of my rib cage flare up, on the first time I have noticed it I feel pain on my ribs and also at my back, especially when I move, I feel a little pain
I can understand your concern. The numbness that you are experiencing has no relation with the teeth splinter you are given. It seems that the numbness is developing due to some nerve problem that is not related to teeth splinter or to oral cavity in any ways.
I would recommend you to see a neurologist for the numbness you are experiencing and finding a cause for it through investigations. By the time, you can continue to use teeth splinter for the lock jaw without any concern regarding that.
I hope this information helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. I wish you feel better soon.
Best, Dr. Viraj Shah
