What Causes Numbness On Arm And Blue Color On Finger?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? PleHI my arms are numbing all the time, at the moment my right arm is more problematic and my hand and fingers are really affected and appearing blue/balck. I am 29 female but I am not obese, although I am a smoker and my BMI is around 26 or 27.
