What Causes Numbness On Hands And Legs Along With Shortness Of Breath?

I am 32. I think that i might be pregnant, though not sure yet. However I am having extreme numbness and tingling in my hands, arms, feet, legs and face. I am also very short of breath. It has happened before and goes on for hours. What could be causing this?
