What Causes Numbness On Head?

Hi, I recently (two weeks ago) had a bike wreck and bounced my head off the pavement. I don't have a lot of memory of the accident, but I distinctly remember a metallic breaking sound (nothing metal actually broke, is this common?). I concussed (I've had a number of them) and I am pretty sure I fractured my skull. I've been taking it easy and taking Tylenol. Most of the concussion symptoms have passed, but I have an intermittent ringing in my right ear and it feels full from time to time. When it feels full, I get a little numbness in the right side of my head. I don't really have access to health care at the moment, is this something that will pass?
