As per your complain unilateral numbness of face can occur commonly due to disorders associated with the
Trigeminal Nerve which is fifth cranial nerves and supplies sensations to face and conditions like Physical trauma, Viral Infection, Injury caused during Dental work like pricking of the nerve with needly of injection needle,
multiple myeloma, tumors or cyst compressing and damaging the nerve can be seen..
At a few times
facial numbness can be associated with Migrane and can occur due to it..
During
pregnancy hormonal imbalances or changes and blood pressure fluctuation can be a cause but chances are nominal..
You should consult your Gynaecologist first and discuss your symptoms and get evaluated..
In case if required you may be referred to a Neurophysician for evaluation and investigations although
radiation oriented investigations like x rays are not indicated in pregnancy.
As of now you can do warm packs bit do not delay consulting your Gynaecologist..
