What Causes Numbness On Right Side Of Lower Rib Cage?

My names James, I am a 32 year old male and I have had a numbness feeling on my right side behind my bottom rib cage. It usually last for several minutes and I really notice it if I stand or walk for a long period of time. Was wondering if you could tell me what would be causing this?
