What Causes Numbness On The Forehead With Migraine?

I have had a headache or migraine rather for 8 days now. I have been to the er twice in this period for pain management. The last time was last night, they did a ct and said everything was clear just classic migraine, so they treated with demerol and sent me home. When I woke I was pain free for about an hour then bam it was back. I went to grocery store and while there kept rubbing temple and surrounding area, I noticed when I touched it softly it was kind of numb but when i rubbed it, it hurt and felt hot. When I got back to car I looked in mirror and noticed that whole area was red. Could these two things be connected?

Hi,
Of course,symptoms can be due to migraine.However.Stress headache is associated often with migraine.Mental relaxation exercises like meditation/yoga will help.Amitriptyline(low dose) regularly,under the guidance of a physician will help.Hope that helps.
