What Causes Numbness On The Right Side Of The Face And Hand?
woke up with numbness on my right side - face and hand. went to my GP - he checked my blood pressure- it was 138/98 what may be the cause? I have been having pins and needles all over my body for the past two months. the first time I had the numbness the pressure was 149/91.

Unilateral numbness on face and hands needs evaluation to rule out mini stroke ot Transient Ischemic attack (TIA). CT brain and carotid doppler study are recommended at this point to assess blood flow to the brain and possible stroke.
