What Causes Numbness On The Right Side Of The Head After An Injury?
I was riding my skateboard when it hit a hole in the sidewalk and I fell off and landed on my shoulder and the right side of my fore head smashed into the concrete leaving a gash, and I fixed everything up and felt fine, but like 6 hours later I noticed a numbness on part of the right side of my head. I wanted to know if I should get it checked out, or if I ll be fine? What s the reason it could of gone numb?
I don't this is something to worry about since you didn't vomit or lose consciousness. The fact that you are feeling numb may be from the damage of trauma and haematoma and bump formed. I don't think this is something to worry about. Put ice over the bump and take anti-inflammatory drugs such Advil or acetaminophen for pain.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
