What Causes Numbness On The Tip Of The Index Finger?

I have numbness in the tip of my right index finger and sometimes nerve pain (ie when I cut food with a knife I often get a sharp pain in the tip of the index finger). I also have a dull ache in my right arm just above the elbow, it feels a bit heavy, tired achey. There is also an ache in the tissue above/behind my right clavicle/collar bone at the front, and it feels bigger than the left side. My physio thinks its nerve pain/damage which seems right. As i type this there si some tingling n my right hand at the joint of my pinky. Should I be concerned?
