What Causes Numbness On Tongue While Swallowing Sperm?

My girlfriend took my sperm in her mouth (no oral stimulation prior), spit it out after about 15 seconds, then realized the tip of her tongue and the very inside of her lips were mildy numb. The numbness went away after a few minutes. Is this something I should be concerned about?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain numbness of the tongue after taking sperms in the mouth that subsided after a few minutes seems to be most probably due to allergic reaction to the semen and as the reaction is just milder that it subsided within few minutes you need not to worry..
But there is a possibility that if she has developed antibodies that are causing allergic reaction the similar can be present in the genitals also and can cause similar reaction there too..
In case if the symptoms occurs recurringly or if she gets any abnormal symptoms along with it consult a Gynaecologist and get her evaluated..
