What Causes Numbness On Wrists And Swelling On Bone?

I have sudden loss of certain movements in my wrist and the bone seems swollen. There is considerable pain with certain movements. I am a 41 year old male, 6'2", 182lbs and I have had CFS for over five years but this does not seem like your typical CFS issue.
