What Causes Numbness/stiffness In Hands/feet?

Hi every morning I'm waking up with numbness in my hands and feel. It's been happening for weeks now and I'm finding it scary because I don't know why thgis is happening after a night's rest. My left foot also aches under the ball of my foot, like there's lump but I can't feel it. Both feet are also stiff so I can't bend my toes properly when walking. The stiff joints in my feet wear off as the days progresses though not entirely. My fingers are aslo stiff and sore to bend.
