General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

Since the MRI scan came back negative, it is unlikely that there are any lesions in the brain or the spine that are causing the symptoms.

However, there are a few other disorders like autoimmune disorders which can cause these symptoms as well. To assess this, you would need to get blood tests like Complete Blood Picture, Kidney and Liver function. Any test leading to a positive result would have to be explored further.

In case these symptoms are being seen with a headache as well. It is possible that you may have migraines. In case of this, please avoid trigger factors which can cause migraine.

Other things that help include -
Drinking lots of water
Steam inhalation
Warm Showers
And sleeping more than 8 hours a day

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
