What Causes Numbness Under Ribcage?

i have numbness under my left ribcage and its goin right to my back. it has been like this for a while now. i cant get my cat scan done tell june and lately its really numb and somewhat painin, very erriating i have 2 small kids who are very energic but i cannot keep up to them i am 25 and do not smoke, please help me
